Pitchfork + DEPART-ment

I will be on hand at the DEPART-ment tent at Pitchfork this weekend. My volunteer times are Friday from 7:30PM-10:15PM, Saturday from 11:45AM-2:30PM, and Sunday from 4:45PM-7:30PM. I'll probably pop back in every so often to check on things. This is different from a regular fair; so I'll be sort of floating throughout the whole of the set up instead of [wo]manning my station. I've built an impressive stand for all the 16 Sparrows cards which will debut here; so here's hoping it works out and I can fit it on the bus.

Southport Market

Along with select members of my Chicago Style Crafters brethren, I’ve been participating in the Southport Market. We all signed up for various weekends on a rotating schedule. It’s fun and strange to be a crafter at a farmer’s market, although much of my profit gets converted into farm fresh eggs and cheese curds at the end of the day. I’ll be there next on the 26th of July and again 16th of August and the 27th of September. The market is from 8AM to 12PM at the Blaine School lot, just down the street from the Music Box Theater.
